 Недавно столкнулся с проблемой, окулус пол дня назад работал нормально, после нового обновления, перестал адекватно работать с виндой, вплоть до того, что USB 3.0 перестал видеть сам окулус, и снизил скорость до USB 2.0 ровно в том же usb порте. Не помогла переустановка подключения, приложения и даже перезагрузка системы.
В моем случае решение проблемы было следующим (windows 10)
1 Запускаем Meta Quest Link - устройства - находим ваш окулус, кликаем - удалить ваше устройство .
2 Открываем проводник, этот компьютер - правая клавиша мыши, свойства, диспетчер устройств, в моем случае окулус был в разделе видеоустройств, но в случае проблемы отображения, это может быть и ЮСБ устройство и так далее, проще всего определить окулус втыканием и вытыканием устройства из компа, устройство, которое не сможет определиться, это и есть ваш окулус. Нажимаем на него (как бы оно не называлось) правой клавише мыши,и выбираем удалить устройство
Можете перевоткнуть окулус в порт
3 Запускаем Meta Quest Link и дальше стандартная процедура подключения окулуса к компу.

You can plug the oculus into the port.
3 Launch the Meta Quest Link and then follow the standard procedure for connecting oculus to a computer.
